A results-driven operator with a passion for turning strategy into execution, Priyanka has spent her career helping retail and CPG brands scale smarter. With decades of experience across the retail and brand facing supply chains, she brings deep expertise in operational efficiency, cost optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Her entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach have been key drivers of her success both in leading her own ventures and guiding others through growth.
Priyanka founded Kedia Consultants with a simple vision: to help companies unlock their full potential by building the operational backbone they need to thrive. She saw firsthand how many businesses struggled to bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, and created Kedia Consultants a boutique agency to fill that void.
